The Newest Wire Buckle Application

Over the years, wire buckles have proved to be an essential accessory but the most recent and in-demand use has been for poly strapping.

They are in demand all over the world as people most commonly use them to secure their pallets for shipping.

Only modern, high-quality wire buckle forming machines can be used in the manufacturing of a wire buckle used in poly strapping.

Modern wire buckle forming machines are characterized by their ease of operation and maintenance, their computer control, their structure, and their design. They are hydraulically driven, durable, and strong.

The machine can also indicate when it has reached maximum product capacity by turning itself off.

Wire feeding for this machine is high-precision and done by a stepper motor.

Such a machine can be applied widely to non-ferrous wires (flat, round and square wire), steel wires, and iron wires.

They can form a variety of irregular shapes such as oval, round, square, or hexagonal.

They can also form a variety of flat buckles; which are used for poly strapping.

Examples of flat wire buckles include:

· Curtain buckle

· Climbing buckle

· S-buckle

· Tri-glide buckle

· D-buckle

· Various hanger buckles

Generally, wire buckles are straightforward and simple to use, but it is important to understand how they can be applied in poly strapping

But first, what are poly straps?

Poly straps are a common product in various packaging and pelletizing tasks. It is a strong material and not difficult to work with.

Poly is a great alternative for steel straps which are generally known to give safety concerns.

But while some shipping goods will still need steel’s strength, poly remains a friendly candidate.

Why are buckles needed for poly strapping?

Wire buckles are used to maintain the tension line by bringing two ends of the strap together.

Poly strapping is essentially useless without the use of a wire buckle to produce the needed tension.

For the whole of the shipping process, the tension is held at the buckle.

Although it is not advisable to use this method for high-volume settings because it is slower than other options, poly strapping is an excellent choice for low-volume needs.

The five steps of Poly strapping:

1. One end of the strapping should be folded away from the individual holding it, to form a loop.

2. The strap should be run underneath the farther buckle side by taking the strap down and away

3. Another loop can now be formed with the open end of the strap

4. The new loop should then be pulled up through the strap

5. The end of the strap can easily be pulled up to create tension
